We are located at 68 W. #6 Main Street Oyster Bay, NY 11771.

There is street parking in the front, or you can park in the parking lot in the back, where there is an entrance as well.

You should expect to experience a thorough interview where we listen to you and your story.

Then you should expect your skilled clinician to perform an individualized examination and treatment taking into account not only your pain but establishing the root cause.

Be sure to wear clothes you may easily move in.

You do not need a prescription to see us. New York State Physical Therapists have direct access.

If a prescription is needed for your insurance company we will inform you. If we deem it necessary for you to see a MD for a consult or imaging we will refer you to one.

We treat a wide range of conditions such as sprains, strains, tendinopathies, disc injuries, sciatica, neck pain, cervicogenic headaches, low back pain, knee pain, patellofemoral pain syndrome, runner’s knee, shoulder injuries such as rotator cuff tears, frozen shoulder, AC joint sprains, impingement, hip injuries such as labral tears, impingement, sports hernias, ankle pain, plantar fascia pain, running overuse injuries, multiple post-op conditions such as rotator cuff repairs, ligament repairs, meniscus repairs, total knee and hip replacements, concussions, etc.
